I held my first open house and people came in walked through and right out.

After your staging, I had people lingering and even sitting to visit in the warmth of the house. I was nervous to ask the seller to spend the money on staging, although I knew with the times we are in this is what it would take to give us the extra draw we needed. You were so gracious and understanding with his needs and mine!

I will never forget you making an extra trip over on the first day of my open house when it was pouring with rain to give me an entrance way mat that matched the decor to wipe their feet on. You truly go above and beyond with care!!"
